How Do I Track My Shipment?
A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as we ship it to you!
If you are wondering about the status of your order, please know that we just finished doing our happy dance after we saw your order come through and now we are in the thick of it assembling it for you!

What Is An E-Gift Card?
It is a gift card that alleviates you from the hassle of delivering it in person. You simply email the gift card to the recipient (or yourself!). It is used during the checkout process by typing in the e-gift card code. Please remember to use it at checkout as we cannot accept it retroactively. Click here to make your purchase.
I Gave You The Wrong Info!
If you accidentally gave us the wrong information (ex. recipient name, recipient interests, delivery address, etc.) please send us an email at litboxco@gmail.com or send an instant message stating the oopsie along with your order number as soon as you can. We will do our best to accommodate the changes.
What Is On The QR Codes?
In order to access the content on the QR code, open your camera and hover it above the QR code. A banner at the top of your phone will appear; click on that link. The link will take you to videos that are designed to help parents navigate the contents of the LIT box. The videos are specific to the boxes so each box will contain special QR codes. Access to the videos is granted special to those that are owners of the LIT Box,

How Do I Know Which Box To Order?
The Alphabet Box (3 different boxes) is best for those that are learning about letter names. We recommend ordering all three in order to learn all of the letters and meet all of the characters that are sure to return in other LIT Boxes.
The Rhyming Box is designed to teach the concept of Rhyming - suitable to all learners even if it is for review.
The Name Box is perfect for every child, even if they know how to spell their name - who doesn't love a customized box?! This is also perfect for those kiddos that have unique names, ones who may not typically see their name on products found in stores.

How Do I Share My Little On Your Social Media?
