Christine & Ina - two passionate teachers and loving moms.
Christine is a mom of three - two beautiful daughters and one energetic son. She is a lover of tea, master gluten-free chef, and a creative at heart.
Ina is a boy mom to one busy toddler and one big pooch. Major homebody, regular at Home Sense, and Cappuccino addict are all nouns that describe her to a T.
While they were living that teacher-mom life to the fullest, they both had a drive to give more of themselves to the students they were teaching. With 15 years of combined teaching experience and working with hundreds of children, two creative minds came together to bring Lit Box Co. to life.
Now that you've officially met the team, we’d like to introduce you to LIT Box Co.
Being early elementary teachers, they see a significant amount of students starting school with some key literacy tools missing from their toolboxes. They have carefully created each box to meet your child's literacy needs and set them up for success in school.
At LIT Box Co. we are passionate about raising children to show kindness, compassion, and love to those around them. You'll find their products centered around those three pillars.

The Story Of LitBox Co.
After briefly pressing the pause button on teaching, Christine and Ina had re-entered the school system at the same time and the universe brought them together into a grade partner role. Quickly, they learned that they work well as a duo. As their professional relationship blossomed so did thier friendship.
The Covid-19 pandemic forced them to make a huge pivot to learning how to teach online, create educational videos, and provide support to families in a virtual manner. It also elevated their working relationship as they created and shared learning materials in order to make the best of the new learning situation for the students and their families.
They were able to stay in touch even after Ina went on maternity leave and Christine moved on to a different teaching position. Coming together to create Lit Box Co. was just a natural progression of their working relationship - they just weren't ready to stop working together.
